Living in a very small town like I do has its perks and its downside.
- The perks are that you do not have to deal with the big city traffic and things are more relaxed and calm around here.
Crime rate is also low, which is a rare thing in the horrible times we live in these days/ The downside however is that there is only one grocery store and even worse, there is only one heating and air conditioning company! The heating and air conditioning company we have thankfully is a good one. But I know people who live in other small towns who have just one heating and air conditioning company and that heat and a/c company is horrible! I really feel for them. They are usually stuck with having to deal with them for all of their HVAC needs or they have to spend extra money to call a heating and air conditioning company from out of town and have them come all the way out to them. They charge for long distance. So it is not that easy to just go and hire a heating and air conditioning company from out of the area. Like I mentioned, I am thankful that I have a very good heating and air conditioning company in the small town that I live in. Many others are not so lucky. I hope this never changes because I really do not want to have to pay extra to get a heating and air conditioning company from out of town to come to me just to do standard heating and air conditioning work.
