When my wife and I purchased this house, our oldest had just been born and the two of us wanted to get a family lake condo with quality heating and air before the two of us had more.
The condo the two of us purchased was what the two of us could afford. We’re both mentors and just don’t make a ton of money. It’s a nice condo with a good layout but it had only 3 bedrooms. Well, that worked out for us because after our son, the two of us were only going to have one more child and were hoping for a girl. So the two of us purchased the condo and replaced the residential Heating, Ventilation plus A/C and were ready to add that daughter to the mix. The two of us got the daughter and another one. My wife got pregnant with twins ladies so that 3 bedroom condo abruptly wasn’t the best idea. The two of us figured we’d just have the ladies share the one room. I mean, twins do that all the time right? No big deal. Yea, it became a big deal once they hit middle school. It was just one fight after another so it was time to either buy a modern condo or add on to our. Buying a modern condo was a stretch so the two of us added a master suite onto this house. It’s awesome because it’s ours and it has its own ductless heat pump for our heating and cooling pleasure. I care about that it feels care about we’re on getaway but in our own house. The ductless heat pump even has a remote thermostat that the two of us can manage while lounging in our modern king sized bed.
