After he inspected the ductwork, he said the leaks could have been worse, but I would need duct resealing to make the ductwork more efficient again. I wasn’t happy about the price, that was the main thing that was making me upset. He asked me if I needed more time to think about the work that needed to be done, but I just gave him the go ahead to handle the home services I needed immediately. While I was bothered about the price, I was able to appreciate the fact that the HVAC professional gave me a reasonable solution. He explained that if I enrolled into an advanced HVAC service plan, I could have my ductwork maintenance services covered including regular ductwork cleaning and pressure checks. On top of that, all my other HVAC maintenance services would be covered, including air filter changes. It sounded good to me, and the best thing is that this service plan actually saves me money even though I’m getting all these great home services!
