I have built this company for several years. Our journey as a startup a/c company has been challenging yet rewarding. I started with just one a/c device professional, and now I have about 78 cooling experts working for me… The people I was with and I are a small team but have worked to ensure our customers get the best A/C service and Heating, Ventilation & A/C devices… My team and I made the choice that it was time to grow at the end of the second year. The people I was with and I had a meeting where we brainstormed the company’s next major move. The people I was with and I decided to buy a smaller company that had been struggling since the pandemic hit. When we joined operations with the small company, we would become a force to be reckoned with. The smaller company had been dealing with companies so that we would have access to commercial cooling devices and customers. The people I was with and I had been trading in residential devices such as the electric heat pump since we started, and now we would break into the commercial market. The direction we chose for our company would be beneficial to our growth. With the new company, we would also absorb the a/c device corporations with knowledge in cooling products and A/C setup. The people I was with and I did our due diligence before we received the company, and when content with all the typical documents, we signed the documents. To mark the merger, our first task was at a college where we fixed the a/c device for free. The people I was with and I fixed the HVAC duct and changed the A/C filters for better quality HEPA filters to improve and maintain the air quality. The college had the ancient dial temperature controls, and we upgraded them to digital temperature controls that are simple to use. The future is looking pretty nice for the company.
