There was just something about building our own beach house that my wifey & I were just super intrigued about. But both of us were also afraid of taking on such a big & detail heavy projects. The biggest reason both of us did that was so the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit both of us had chosen was installed officially. All of us went with a geothermal heat pump & that has to be precisely installed or you do not get the full benefit. So both of us had to make sure that both of us had a real Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional with experience. Turns out that both of us found just the right Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company for the job. Not only was the geothermal heat pump installed just right, she was so incredibly thorough when it came to the entire process.
