I was the only 1 who was not great with selling our house.
It was our family home plus I just wasn’t so good with not having a family home anymore.
All the kids agreed with their mom it was time for us to sell. It just wasn’t so easy for me though. I enjoyed the current home from the time our partner plus I first looked at it. That home was where we raised our children. With the help of residential Heating plus Air Conditioning we were so comfortable for all these years. I was just supposed to sell it plus transfer on? It just did not sit right with me plus seemed illogical. But I agreed to have a realtor come over to start the listing process. I wasn’t at all prepared for all the things the realtor said we needed to change before ever even listing the house. But to her credit, she was super respectful plus was gentle when pointing out all the stuff that needed to be changed. I honestly enjoyed that she treated our current home with respect because it was our home for almost 30 years. The realtor was genuinely clear that we needed to update the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. It seemed sort of odd to me since I thought we could negotiate that when we came to the final price of the home. The realtor showed me data that proved that this was not the way we wanted to go. Without having the latest in residential Heating plus Air Conditioning, clients in this region would just transfer on. The two of us did update the quality heating plus air in our home plus we did end up selling our current home for a staggering sum. It’s still odd but I’m now sure that we made the right call.
