There are many options when it comes to cooling systems

Before we decided to call the professionals about a new AC install, my wife and I looked online to see what available cooling systems were on the market, and it was cool seeing the high velocity cooling systems and the demo videos.

I told my wife that it would be cool to go to a place that showed the demonstrations, to assume the speed of which the air cools.

It was explained that they commonly showed how the gas furnaces and cooling systems worked. They would show how the high velocity heating worked to heat up a room within eighths, and then go to cooling, naturally, these systems are more costly because you have to install brand new air duct, then however, this kind of air duct is more adaptable and is easier to install than traditional sheet metal air duct systems. It was costly, although I didn’t think it would be out of my range entirely. We looked at ductless mini split cooling systems and even geothermal heat pumps! Eventually we had a heating and cooling expert come out and he told us the high velocity systems were great, however he proposed a ductless multi-split program for the energy efficiency. He said we would have both heating and cooling year round with very low energy costs, my wife and I both agreed that sounded great, especially when he mentioned customized temperature control settings in different zones of the house. It makes sense that you can save so much money since you only have to worry about heating and cooling the areas of the house you’re using.
