I got a rue of land in a easily desirable area, then there is a main road plus other major suppliers around.
The land was the right size to home a restaurant with a nice parking lot.
The problem was the lack of a building on the land, then i got the space for a deal due to no property. I immediately started talking to builders plus realized I didn’t have the money for an actual restaurant. It would have cost myself and others a foruten to have a crew make a company for me. Instead I went with a shipping bin business. They made myself and others our restaurant out of two shipping containers. Inside it looks appreciate a real restaurant. I have a counter, cash register plus a fully stocked home office in the back. I was able to design the grills, stove tops, fryers, sinks plus freezers where I wanted them plus what size. I also was able to idea for indoor seating, window placement, washroom location, etc. I did the whole layout online plus worked with a design consultant for the portable facility company. I ended up with a large space! Outside it looks appreciate a large white box since I had it painted. It might be not the most visually pleasing space at first, however walking inside it is a whole new world. You wouldn’t believe two shipping containers could look that good. It was also a quarter of the cost to do portable solutions rather than an actual building. I rest by our decision. I guess I will leave our restaurant as is.
