Getting fit for honeymoon

Both of us suddenly looked better and felt better

When our wifey suggested , I was absolutely glad; Both of us decided on a small ceremony with just our immediate family and easily close friends, our priority was the honeymoon. Both of us made plans for an expansive hiking trip where we’d camp most of the time. Our itinerary included some hard climbs to reach several waterfalls, scenic overlooks, zip lines and gorgeous ravines. Both of us realized that every one of us needed to be in easily great physical condition to fully appreciate our honeymoon. Both of us also wanted to look our best in our ceremony photos, and my fiance and I briefly attempted to exercise on our own, then it didn’t take long to figure out that every one of us needed professional help; With a bit of research, I found a personal trainer who was willing to work with us as a couple! After the initial consultation where every one of us discussed our goals, every one of us set up a schedule to meet many days per week; The trainer also suggested that every one of us rest down with a nutritionist every week. The nutritionist was drastically helpful to us, she showed us how to trim calories and increase our intake of vitamins and minerals; Following her advice, every one of us introduced a great deal of fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins into our diets. Both of us got rid of fast foods, processed foods and empty calories. The sessions with the personal trainer were positively grueling… He was elegantly motivational and supportive without allowing us to be lazy. The first few sessions, our fiance and I weren’t sure we’d survive. Both of us were easily stiff and sore the following afternoon. However, it didn’t take long to beginning seeing some results. Both of us suddenly looked better and felt better. Both of us had more energy and began seeking out activities on our own. By the time of our honeymoon, every one of us were in the best shape of our lives.
