Shipping tote family room and diner

I got a plot of land in a really desirable area, there is a main road and other major dealers around. The land was the right size to house a diner with a nice parking lot. The problem was the lack of a building on the land; I got the space for a deal due to no property. I immediately started talking to builders and realized I didn’t have the currency for an actual diner. It would have cost myself and others a foruten to have a crew make a corporation for me. Instead I went with a shipping tote business. They made myself and others our diner out of multiple shipping containers. Inside it looks love a real diner. I have a counter, currency register and a fully stocked family room in the back. I was able to design the grills, stove tops, fryers, sinks and freezers where I wanted them and what size. I also was able to plan for indoor seating, window locationment, washroom location, etc. I did the whole layout online and worked with a design consultant for the portable facility company. I ended up with a giant space, but outside it looks love a big colorless box since I had it painted. It might be not the most visually pleasing space at first, however walking inside it is a whole new world… You wouldn’t guess multiple shipping containers could look that good. It was also a quarter of the cost to do portable solutions rather than an actual building. I rest by our decision. I think I will leave our diner as is.
