I called the company three times to make an appointment

I called the insurance company three times before I got through to anyone.

As soon as I discovered mold and mildew under the sink, I contacted the insurance company.

I knew that everything under the cabinets was going to need to be replaced. I fixed the plumbing repair on my own. I didn’t understand why the insurance company sent a heating and air conditioning service company to help me with the mold and mildew. I was surprised that the heating and air conditioning company handles mold remediation as well. The heating and air conditioning company specialist put a small dehumidifier under our sink so the walls and flooring could dry properly. He sprayed some kind of chemical that was supposed to get rid of any leftover mold and mildew and keep it from recurring. I didn’t have to pay for any of the services provided by the heating and air conditioning company. A service company technician came to the house every other day to check on the wood and make sure that things were drying properly. The service that we received from the heating and air conditioning company was a lot better than the service that we regularly receive from our own service provider, so it definitely made me think about switching to a new provider the next time that we need service on our HVAC unit. I’ve been using the same company for so long that I’ve just gotten accustomed to their charges and their habits, but there are definitely better service providers out there and maybe cheaper prices too.
