Life of a contractor, installing quality HVAC equipment

I have an exciting job.

I am an HVAC professional, so I get to interact with many people.

Most are clueless about HVAC; some know what the internet gives, and some know too much. Generally, our HVAC business sells quality HVAC equipment from select HVAC brands. Whenever a client needs HVAC installation, we expect them to buy the HVAC unit from us, not one they’ve bought on their own. While this may appear to increase our profits, it’s a way to ensure the client gets the total value for their money. When you buy new HVAC equipment from your HVAC provider, you get assurance that it’s the right size for your home, adequate to meet the needs of your space and that the warranty is guaranteed. It also gets tricky for an HVAC repairman to do the HVAC maintenance without fearing warranty-related drama since, most times, other brands call it interference. In most cases, the client loses their warranty and blames it on the AC experts. Our business decided not to accept any client-acquired systems to avoid such scenarios. If you are looking for an affordable quality HVAC, consult a provider even when you think buying them yourself is the better deal. Cheap is expensive. If you want help with indoor comfort, stick to your provider or change if you are not impressed by their services. Most businesses will offer after-sale services and long-term value, such as deals on the latest thermostat. If they do not have the specific unit you prefer in stock, ask them if they can get it ordered in for you, it’s that simple.
