It was cold in my house

I had an actually long day at the office, so I went home and decided to take a nap.

I laid down on the couch and instead of the bed.

I was afraid of falling asleep for a long time if I layed down in bed. I only wanted to nap for an hour or 2, so I thought the couch was a much better place. Unfortunately, the air conditioning system method made me feel so cool and comfortable that I slept for 4 hours. I woke up with goosebumps all over my arms and legs, but the air conditioning system was set for 71 degrees and it was actually freezing in the house. I grabbed a blanket from the back of the couch and covered up our legs. Then I got actually cozy and comfortable on the couch. I heard myself snoring before I really went back to sleep. I didn’t wake up until the next day when our phone alarm was ringing for work. I felt actually disoriented after waking up on the couch. I almost forgot where I was. I jumped into the shower and the hot water felt great. I realized that I had quite a stiff neck. It was difficult to move my neck after sleeping on the couch for 8 hours. The next time I want to take a nap, I’m going to be sure to set an alarm and get up when it goes off, and although the extra sleep was nice my neck was sore and achy all day long from sleeping on the couch.
