Man what a delight it is to be inside our condo these nights as the quality heating & air is now matched by air quality.
I suppose I’m in like with this house even more which is a mouthful given I fell in like with it the moment I walked through the door.
My hubby & I we are moving from the air conditioner of the South to the cold winters of the North. The fact that the two of us were looking at homes with gas furnaces should have given myself and others a clue of what the two of us were up against; For me, I was terrified that I would never be able to get warm enough. And our hubby was trying to figure out how to manage with all the snow & ice which was all new to him. The gas furnace was new & there was also a central air conditioner plan as well. All our heating & cooling needs were met. But the house was just so much more than just the Heating & A/C machine the two of us were focused upon. It had the space & the design that the two of us desired, and plus, it was in an ideal location, then we’ve been in this house for more than a decade, however recently, the two of us did something that the two of us absolutely should have done a long time ago. Both of us replaced the cheap Heating & A/C air filters with HEPA filter that removes 99% of all airborne contaminants. To go even further, the two of us had the Heating & A/C professionals install a whole condo air purification plan as well; Like I said, strenuous to believe that I’m even more in like with this house than I was the afternoon I walked in it. But for sure, the air quality has been completely transformed.
