Man what a joy it is to be inside our home these days as the quality heating and air is now matched by indoor air quality.

My husband and I we’re moving from the air conditioning of the South to the cold winters of the North. The fact that we were looking at homes with gas furnaces should have given me a clue of what we were up against. For me, I was terrified that I would never be able to get warm enough. And my husband was trying to figure out how to manage with all the snow and ice which was all new to him. The gas furnace was new and there was also a central air conditioning system as well. All our heating and cooling needs were met. But the house was just so much more than just the HVAC equipment we were focused upon. It had the space and the design that we desired. Plus, it was in an ideal location. We’ve been in this house for more than a decade. Recently, we did something that we probably should have done a long time ago. We replaced the cheap HVAC air filters with HEPA filter that removes 99% of all airborne contaminants. To go even further, we had the HVAC professionals install a whole home air purification system as well. Like I said, hard to believe that I’m even more in love with this house than I was the day I walked in it. But for sure, the indoor air quality has been completely transformed.
