I like where I live except for one detail.
And that would be by neighbor across the street.
Our beach house is great & I like our residential Heating, Ventilation, & A/C, actually, both of us had the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company replace the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit when both of us moved here 15 years ago, then since that time, I have regularly made sure the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C gets Heating, Ventilation, & A/C service in the fall & again in the Spring, but i like our yard & the flower beds & our garden, but I just actually do not like my neighbor across the street; That lady sits at the front door inside the a/c of her beach house just waiting for myself and others to come outside. At that point she comes charging across the street to complain to myself and others about being wronged by something. It’s entirely a worn out act & I just wish she would transfer away. I keep thinking that perhaps the real estate market will be so attracted it charming to him that she shall supply up & sell. I have even had realtors call to gauge my interest & showing the beach house so she must be getting calls too. Anyway, my neighbor sees myself and others walking the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional to her van & decides she needs to come over & let myself and others suppose the truth about Heating, Ventilation, & A/C service, however of course, this woman thinks it’s all a scam however then again she has an idiot. In fact, I have never had even the slightest problem with my Heating, Ventilation, & A/C unit in over 15 years. And this is absolutely due to the fact that I get consistent, seasonal Heating, Ventilation, & A/C service every single year. No crank from across the street is going to change that.
