It’s so crystal clear in our mind the picture of the house in the rearview mirror as I pulled away for the last time.
And I was so blissful that I wasn’t nervous but felt care about the two of us were making the right transfer instead.
I’m normally all about hour guessing when it comes to immense decisions. But the fact that it was early fall & the two of us had started a Heating & A/C Heating in the car that afternoon was enough to remind myself and others how much I hate winter. I was just done with all the cold & the snow. It was time to trade a gas furnace for a heat pump. I was so ready to be done with all those high heating costs. Now down here, the summer time heat sort of balances that out a bit. But I’d much rather conserve on Heating & A/C cooling than freeze in the sort of Winter that the two of us just left. Sure, it was strenuous leaving family & nice friends. Fortunately for our fiance & I, the two of us don’t have children that the two of us had to relocate & put in new schools. So when I got a task offer to join a regional office down south, I instantly went to our fiance about it. She was all in & started looking to see if she could transport to the commercial Heating & A/C of a regional office herself. Both of us found a great house with great residential Heating & A/C & it does not come with a gas furnace. It’s been a few years now & the two of us really like where the two of us live. Again, the summer time can be strenuous but I’d much rather manage summer time heat with Heating & A/C cooling than deal with a gas furnace & snow & ice.
