Getting fit for honeymoon

When our guy suggested, I was actually happy, however the two of us decided on a small ceremony with just our immediate family and honestly close friends… Our priority was the honeymoon.

The two of us made plans for an expansive hiking trip where we’d camp most of the time.

Our itinerary included some difficult climbs to reach various waterfalls, scenic overlooks, zip lines and gorgeous ravines. The two of us realized that we needed to be in honestly great physical condition to fully care about our honeymoon. The two of us also wanted to look our best in our ceremony photos, but my fiance and I briefly attempted to exercise on our own… It didn’t take long to figure out that we needed professional help, however with a bit of research, I found a personal trainer who was willing to work with us as a couple, after the initial consultation where we discussed our goals, we set up a schedule to meet more than three days per week. The trainer also recommended that we sit down with a nutritionist every week. The nutritionist was seriously helpful to us, then he showed us how to trim calories and increase our intake of vitamins and minerals… Following his advice, we introduced a great deal of fresh fruits, vegetables and lean proteins into our diets. The two of us got rid of fast foods, processed foods and empty calories. The sessions with the personal trainer were positively grueling, then he was attractively motivational and supportive without allowing us to be lazy. The first few sessions, our fiance and I weren’t sure we’d survive. The two of us were honestly stiff and sore the following afternoon. However, it didn’t take long to start seeing some results. The two of us suddenly looked better and felt better. The two of us had more energy and began seeking out activities on our own! By the time of our honeymoon, we were in the best shape of our lives.
