It’s every single day that I’m thinking about getting home to my quality heating and air. When you spend your days at work outside, coming home to great central air conditioning is a really big deal in my life. Of course, heating and cooling is essential to all of our lives and yet, we tend to take our residential HVAC for granted sometimes. But I kind of get it because it’s pretty easy to do that given all the other stuff we’re dealing with in our lives. Yet, I know that if I spent much of my day in your hundred degree heat only to come home to a heat pump and no air conditioning I’d lose it. So I just make sure that that’s never going to happen. I don’t have some sort of magical bulletproof HVAC unit. But we are lucky to have good residential HVAC that’s also reliable. But really it’s nothing more special than anybody else on our street. However, what we do that some don’t is make sure that our HVAC equipment gets regular HVAC maintenance. We belong to the HVAC service plan and that comes with seasonal HVAC maintenance. Our HVAC equipment gets heating maintenance in the fall and then and air conditioning tune up in spring. This ensures that our HVAC unit is running at top efficiency and mitigates the odds of having any sort of heating and cooling break down. For sure, I want to know that when I come home all hot and gross, I’ll open the door to my house and being enveloped in all that HVAC cooling. My residential HVAC is just too essential to my life not to provide it with all the HVAC maintenance it needs.
