I have had my central heating and air conditioning system for over 25 years and recently it just broke for its final time.
It is a full blown miracle that my central heating and air conditioning system lasted this long.
I think it was because I took real good care of it and never passed up on my heating and cooling maintenance that I had to have done. I always called the local heating and air conditioning company to send out a certified heat and a/c specialist to do the HVAC tune up and check ups on the central heating and cooling unit for all these years. I did it every 3 months or so. This I believe played a good part in why I got the most life out of my old central heating and air conditioning system unit. The central heating and air conditioning systems of today are much more powerful and they actually last longer as well if you take care of them the same as I did my old central heating and cooling unit. So the new central heat and a/c unit that I just bought could possibly last me for up to 30 years if I really take care of it well. Because of how old I am, it could last me the rest of my natural life! That would be a real good thing if I never have to buy a brand new and up to date central heating and air conditioning system ever again after this. It would be the best thing I could possibly imagine and I hope that this is the case!
