If you want to install a brand new HVAC system you really are better off getting it from an HVAC provider
I work for a great heating and air conditioning company. I have great confidence in both the products that we offer customers and the quality of our services for those products. And when I say that we only provide service for our products, I mean it. My HVAC company has implemented the wise policy that we only install heating and air conditioning equipment that the customer has bought from us. In short, we do not install an HVAC system that the customer did not get from us. You may be tempted to think that this is just a scheme to squeeze more money out of people, but it actually benefits both us and the customer. When our customers have an HVAC system installed that we chose for them, it ensures that the HVAC system is properly sized for their home and is designed to meet their specific needs as a homeowner. We also have excellent deals if I do say so myself! Quite often, there is trouble when a homeowner tries to get service for an HVAC system that the company they receive service from did not install. The HVAC brand may consider that HVAC technicians work to be grounds to void the warranty. In my experience, after that, the customer often blames The HVAC company for voiding their warranty! That’s why my company avoids such scenarios. If you want to install a brand new HVAC system you really are better off getting it from an HVAC provider. If you don’t like your current HVAC provider because you don’t trust their service, find a new one that can install your new HVAC system. It’s that simple.
