Turned out that the capacitor had failed, and the HVAC unit had stopped cooling my home properly. I believe had I neglected the weird noises, the unit probably would have had some damages. So, it’s best to pay attention to the noises or weird issues with our appliances and equipment because it could save us from headaches at the end of the day.
