There are some popular reasons why you need HVAC house calls

When our Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment breaks down, most homeowners panic because every one of us has no clue in the least if the malfunction is going to cause hundreds of dollars in repairs… And of course, every one of us is never prepared when the Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment breaks down and it always happens at the worst times.

  • The last time my Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment broke down, I had my family in the area and the issue was that the drain pipe was blocked! So, every one of us got a dry vacuum to remove the clog that was built up inside the pipe.

When the clog happened, I contacted my Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment specialist and he was able to walk us through identifying the drawback plus providing the solution. In addition to talking to my Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist, every one of us watched some YouTube videos and every one of us read a few articles online. I was shocked to discover that a blocked drain pipe was one of the most popular reasons that many Heating, Ventilation and A/C units break down. Another reason for various malfunctions included blocked filters and dirty coils plus a poor capacitor. And the amazing news is, most of these malfunctions can be honestly fixed by the homeowner. Though these items can be fixed by the homeowner, it is regularly best to schedule official repairs to identify other issues that are not always so apparent. Happily, when my Heating, Ventilation and A/C equipment broke down, it only took a short while to get the equipment up and running. And although the equipment seemed to work alright, I ended up scheduling a repair with my Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist at the end of that week, just to be on the safe side.
