Sporadically I just have to pinch myself, and sure, there have been strenuous time in the past and there will be in the future, that’s just area of living this life… But for the most part, I’ve led a truly fortunate existence, my wifey and I share a appealing house with plenty of space, an amazing home office and the latest in Heating, Ventilation and A/C technology… In fact, the two of us have zone controlled Heating, Ventilation and A/C, a smart temperature control and the highest SEER rating possible on our heat pump.
So the two of us truly have some amazing quality heating and air in our home.
Both of us live truly close to the neighborhood where the two of us work… While our end of the neighborhood offers us a small backyard and more quiet than maybe downtown, the two of us wanted a bit more peace. So the two of us ended up purchasing a weekend get away spot that’s about an hour out of the city. This site is magical and just the perfect site to spend more than one or several days to reset and reflect. But the house truly needed some help before it was able to be fully enjoyed. The property was perfect and the house was in nice shape structurally. It’s sort of small with 3 dining rooms and a cozy home office… However, the residential Heating, Ventilation and A/C unit was shot as were all the appliances. Both of us made some other replaces with a whole wall of sliding glass doors to maximize the light and the spectacular view. Instead of replacing the heat pump for the central air conditioner that was there, the two of us went with ductless heat pumps. This way, the two of us have more efficient heating and cooling without having to worry over the aging HVAC duct. It’s worked out appealingly.
