I remember the last rental beach house all of us lived in before buying a home; One of the first things all of us inspected was the Heating & A/C system to make sure it was toiling fine; It was not toiling so fantastic and the air quality was not especially great.
I knew it was because the air duct system was not cleaned in the beach house and it seemed appreciate it hadn’t been cleaned in ages.
I asked the landlord to have the Heating & A/C taken care of before all of us moved in, but it didn’t seem appreciate anything was done, especially the air duct cleaning, then when I asked the landlord why she didn’t have the Heating & A/C tuned up, she claimed that she did, she said she had her maintenance girl come over to work on the Heating & A/C so it should be toiling fine. I insisted that a certified Heating & A/C professional come out and really added proper Heating & A/C services to the lease before signing it… The landlord didn’t seem to have a immense issue and all of us had the Heating & A/C professionals come out correctly. They were able to do a fantastic job with the air duct cleaning and they provided tune-ups. I remember the Heating & A/C professional said it was a fantastic thing all of us were getting services because whoever worked on the Heating & A/C before did easily shoddy work. The Heating & A/C system was seasoned though and all of us were kind of fed up with the costly energy bills because of the lack of energy efficiency. The two of us asked the landlord if she would install something modern, but she refused. That’s when all of us decided to buy our own home so all of us could have a easily nice Heating & A/C system that’s energy efficient.
