There are two portable lavatorys on the task locale at work! After 5:00 p.m, the lavatorys are locked up, however no a single can access the lavatorys unless they physically chop the door off of the hinges, then i’ve been working in the town for 6 weeks on various housing projects and I’ve never had anyone chop into a portable toilet until last week… My early day guy arrived before me and he called me on the iphone to tell me about the large mess, there was urine, feces, brown water and toilet paper all over the parking lot. The lavatory door had been ripped off the hinges and the toilet was turned over on its side. The pleaseds of the portable lavatory were everywhere. I instantly contacted the company that set up the mobile restroom. The woman on the iphone seemed easily shocked and surprised that we had an issue with vandalism. I told her that I was just as surprised as she sounded, she’s on a crew over to the parking lot to wipe up the mess and repair the building and I got charged a hefty service fee, but emergency cleanup services are not included in our contract with the portable lavatory company. After shipping $3,000 to the portable lavatory company, I installed cameras on the task site. There is a single by my office, a single by the lavatorys, and a single up high on the scaffolding where no a single will be able to see it. If anything unusual happens in the middle of the night, I will be able to catch it on camera
