The heating company sent a technician over to discuss all of the options that we had available. The guy must have been at least 45 minutes talking to us about different types of radiant heaters. The heating company didn’t charge a single penny for all of the information and they left us lots of pamphlets, brochures, and literature so we could make a decision. There was no high pressure sales tactic to get us to buy something immediately. The heating company technician told us to call when we made our decision and they would fit us into the schedule. The service and attitude we received from the heating company was absolutely amazing.
