The rest of the apartment needed new flooring, walls, and ceiling. The entire home was being replaced. I wanted a new roof and siding once they completed the inside. The project was going to cost a lot of currency, however it wasn’t nearly as lavish if the people I was with and I had to buy a apartment this grand and with 10 acres of land.
