People from the same style of weather conditions can still undoubtedly have unusual ideas about the kind of temperature that they want to set on the thermostat… For example, my fiance is from an island in tropical weather conditions, while I live in the Southeastern US, where it is also overheated plus humid for most of the year; I am trying to sponsor him to come plus marry myself and others in the US… Plus in the meantime, my buddy and I are having all sorts of discussions about the unusual ways my buddy and I will compromise on personal comfort; but when I visited his last November plus spent a month in a hotel with her, it was an chance to gauge what kind of temperature he prefers to set the cooling system to… And sure enough, he could be definitely cold while I was perfectly comfortable, so my buddy and I had to figure out what temperature my buddy and I should set on the thermostat to achieve some sort of gleeful medium between the more than one of us. When my buddy and I talked about what kind of temperature my buddy and I would like to set in our home, I believe my buddy and I came to a pretty fine agreement. I personally don’t care nearly as much about what temperature is set during the day, particularly when no one is home, however even when I am home. For example, if it’s the summer, I don’t mind simply turning the temperature up to 73°, so that the air cooler does not come on near as often, at that point, I will just wear less layers plus use fans, then my fiance even would not mind if the temperature was set to 75°, which is a bit much for me. What definitely matters to myself and others is the temperature in the evening, because I am well aware that I sleep much better when it is cool or even cold in the dining room! This is the main point of frustration between more than one of us, however my buddy and I were able to settle on setting the thermostat to about 68° in the evenings.
