My pal and I have only been living in our mobile lake beach house for a couple of months, but my associate and I just found out that the stadium needs a current furnace. In order to simply get the current furnace, my associate and I have to spend our savings $1,200 up front. The main property owner would usually be responsible for the furnace, but my associate and I are doing a rent to own program. My pal and I are responsible for all repairs and that means I have to figure out a way to come up with the cash for the current furnace. I knew that my favorite associate and I would eventually need a current furnace, even though I did not know that our guy and I were going to have to spend our savings on those fees so soon after my associate and I bought our mobile home.
