Our new home has a ductless mini-split AC

After a year in a home without air conditioner, my pal and I finally had enough savings to afford a home with an HVAC replacement, but of course, it wasn’t a mansion, but enough for our small family, so it wasn’t a concern that the home my pal and I had was equipped with a ductless mini-split device to help with indoor comfort, and my associate and I were all relieved, especially since my pal and I found the locale just before winter season hit, however i was upset about maintaining the quality HVAC & keeping up with the a/c tune-up.

My hubby advocated booking the a/c maintenance offered by the local indoor comfort dealer & seeing if it was possible to get a cooling specialist to familiarize us with the unit.

It wasn’t a new unit, so my pal and I didn’t know whether it was working well, & my pal and I had yet to use a digital thermostat. It all felt genuinely intimidating, and the cooling corporation did send an cooling system worker over to our new home before my pal and I moved in to walk us through how everything should work… At first, the cooling system professional thought my pal and I had an electric heat pump but quickly spotted the device once my pal and I let him in, none of us bothered to ask what the device he mentioned looked like because my pal and I wanted to learn about what my pal and I would be dealing with. The corporation diagnosed the device for any complications, & lucky for us, there were none. My associate and I learned how to change the units’ air filters & settings on the thermostat. The only thing I didn’t want to learn was how to wash the unit. It was too early to complete a complex task, so my pal and I left it out for routine maintenance.
