It all felt absolutely intimidating, and the cooling business did send an a/c worker over to our current home before we moved in to walk us through how everything should work, at first, the a/c professional thought we had an electric heat pump however abruptly spotted the component once we let him in, then none of us bothered to ask what the component she mentioned looked like because we wanted to learn about what we would be dealing with.
