I told him to let us know when he was ready, and my partner and I would have his room ready for him. He wanted to know if he could move in as soon as the following weekend. We were in a hurry to get the powder room done, but the heating and air conditioning worker couldn’t get here until the Friday before dad arrived. It surprised me how fast the heating and air conditioning was installed. The heating and air conditioning professional had it installed before my spouse and her sister had the shower installed. Everything was ready for dad, and all I had to do was go up to the farm and put it up for sale. I knew this would be the hardest part, because I had to close up the condo once I packed the few things dad wanted to bring with him. He wasn’t aware of the fact that he had a sizable dining room, a kneeling room, and a powder room, despite the fact that he was excited to know he had us and her granddaughter.
