The new whole cabin furnace needed to be cut; Pharis had an image plus reputation to uphold, but things were getting worse by the afternoon.
Pharis was broke, even though he had to keep up appearances. He simply had to spend like he used to; he could not show any sign of weakness. What would almost everyone think? Last weekend, he had spent some of his savings on a night out because he was the guy of the hour, plus those around him were used to spending big. The household barely had any food. His child would be visiting in winter. The important household was so cold, plus the heating, ventilation and A/C repairman had told him he needed a new heat plus AC product. The heating contractor owner knew Pharis plus knew he would not settle for anything less than the best, so he commanded the best furnace/heater upgrade. His people-pleasing ways were getting to him, plus now he was against the wall. He had to get his life in order. Money was no longer coming in as it used to, so he finally decided to sell his house. In a month, he had found a buyer, which was a stroke of luck. He then obtained a smaller house, a two-study room plus three-bath household with a nice turf plus an extra detached garage. The new cabin also needed help with indoor comfort where the heating system was sad. Paul contacted the central heating dealership plus ordered a heat pump. The last household had a hybrid furnace, but the furnace would have to suffice with the new one. The hydronic furnace was a nice touch, plus it was one reason Pharis liked the smaller house. Commercial heating, ventilation and A/C service would be as usual. He would have to call for heating system service plus boiler service since he had dismissed his household staff.
