Plus, he had a zinger for everything. Looking back on it one day as Drew was sitting inside the central A/C of his beach house, he realized that there was truth in all that stuff. Like, you do indeed get what you pay for. And fantastic things do seem to come to him when he waits and is patient instead of forcing the matter. WhenDrew bought this old cabin, he did indeed buy a pig in a poke as his mom would suggest. For sure, as much as we knew that he was dealing with numerous unknowns, Drew was still determined to make this property his home. He didn’t know exactly how to articulate it, however he was completely drawn to this cabin. After the first time he looked at it, Drew didn’t even have to use words to communicate his feelings. This was his house. But as with most old cabins, he had so much work in front of him when it came to renovations. Much of the improvements were aesthetic and Drew was able to handle those. He even was able to put down the floating faux wood floor after a brief learning curve. But when it came to the quality heating and air in his cabin, Drew turned to the Heating and A/C experts. And even then, he got another surprise. He was under the impression that the Heating and A/C device was the only thing that needed to be changed out. Turns out, the ductwork wasn’t worth saving either. And that changed his direction to opting for the ductless multi split system that’s much better.
