I thought the heating system was broken however it was the thermostat that was broken instead! I also wish that I knew more about the appliances around my house, truthfully, but I absolutely don’t know absolutely much about the things around my cabin at all, and periodically it makes me feel dumb.
- I simply watch a lot of home improvement videos, although I can’t say that I ever absolutely learn all that much from them.
It seems like it goes in one ear and then back out the other. I feel my brain just isn’t absolutely made to work that way for some reason. I know a lot of people who are absolutely mechanically inclined, and most of the time I am absolutely jealous of them. They never have to spend my extra money on HVAC companies to come and do repairs on their thermostats, cooling systems, or heaters. I seem to be just the opposite. I always have to spend my money on people to come and do everything for me at my cabin because I just don’t know what I am doing. The other afternoon, I had to call somebody to do some kind of maintenance for me because I could not get the door to close! That made me feel so dumb. I absolutely feel like I should be able to repair things like that myself, and my dad never taught me how to do anything around the cabin because he just wanted to do everything himself; He was not a absolutely wonderful professor… Even though he knew how to do things, he didn’t absolutely have the patience to show me how to do them. These afternoons, I also absolutely wish that he had! Luckily for me, the HVAC supplier just had to replace the thermostat and not the entire heater!
