The first thing my father told us when my partner and I bought a home was to take care of our Heating and Air Conditioning system.
He wanted us to have the entire system inspected, and buy a service agreement from the Heating and Air Conditioning business.
He explained the importance of a service agreement. He said he told all of his clients they needed one not just to protect the boiler, but to help with the cost of correct service. When my friend and I got home, my partner called the Heating and Air Conditioning business. He told them my friend and I wanted the Heating and Air Conditioning inspected, and my friend and I wanted to sign a service agreement immediately. They told us they could have the Heating and Air Conditioning worker at the home the following afternoon, and gave us a website where my friend and I could purchase the service and repair agreement. My associate and I thought this was going to pay for our next afternoon’s visit, but my friend and I were wrong. The Heating and Air Conditioning worker showed up and went directly to labor on the Heating and Air Conditioning system. When he finished inspecting the entire Heating and Air Conditioning system, I told him about the service agreement my friend and I had signed the previous night. He looked in his records and they didn’t show my friend and I had a service agreement. The Heating and Air Conditioning worker asked if my friend and I would mind paying for the service, and if my friend and I had signed the agreement our currency would be refunded. I upset the paperwork hadn’t been seen in time for us to be covered. My associate and I needed to have the Heating and Air Conditioning system inspected, however I wondered if my friend and I shouldn’t have waited until the Heating and Air Conditioning service agreement had been acquired by the Heating and Air Conditioning business, and they acquired payment.
