Last week, I got a letter from a local lawyer! I thought it was more information on one of these frivolous class-action lawsuits someone was always filing. I ripped up the letter plus threw it in the trash… The next letter I received had to be signed for. I distraught the entire time I was driving to the post office to sign for my letter. I was distraught about being embarrassed, if I had forgotten to pay my taxes, or hadn’t paid a bill on time. When I got the letter, I almost laughed. The Heating plus A/C serviceman had filed a lawsuit against me, and she said my pet had bitten him in the leg, plus she was unable to work. I remembered that incident. It wasn’t my pet that bit, but the neighbor’s cat. When the Heating plus A/C serviceman kicked the cat, it bit him. It only latched onto her pants, plus I could not guess there was anything more than a bruise. I called my lawyer plus made an appointment to talk to him. I showed him the paperwork, plus asked if the Heating plus A/C serviceman could entirely get that much money from me. I told him what had happened. She asked if I was sure it was my cat, plus I told him I was positive. My pet was inside the house, plus I took a picture of him in her crate. It was dated the same afternoon the incident happened. The description of the pet on the paperwork was completely bizarre from the picture of my cat. The lawyer said she would take care of everything, plus told me the Heating plus A/C serviceman didn’t have a case. I didn’t know she had tried this once before.
