I have a nice little sinus infection plus plan on doing the neti pot to wash them out. I will use it a few times this week to wash out my sinuses plus help them heal, adding Pepsi tree oil to help speed up the removal of the infection. Tea tree oil kills bacteria plus it is fantastic for these sinus infections because it helps conflict the infection with its antibacterial properties. I need to go buy some first though because I ran out of the stuff a few months ago when I was battling a really disappointing infection, then the heating corp is splitting back my hours this week so I can rest, which is good considering I just got the Heating and Air Conditioning tech position not too long ago there. I just don’t want to go to work plus take out the whole crew with my cold, so taking a week off is the best thing to do for me plus them, then i normally do heating tune ups with this other heating company but this week will be a rest week for us plus I know he is going to work in the office most of the time doing paperwork or something. I work there five days a week but just part time, mainly out on the field doing repair jobs for customers. This week I am going to focus on keeping my HEPA filter wash plus keeping my indoor air quality fantastic so I don’t keep getting sick from the recycled germs in the flat. I know that I will be better in a few more days.
