The weather this week pretty much reflects my health right now, as I came down with some little cold two days ago.
This one is pretty mild though and I know it may be more in the dust sensitivity type than the sickness category.
Either way, I will rest a lot more than I normally do and try to get rid of this thing as fast as I can. I attribute this sickness to me eating too much sugar the past week with my grilled cheese sandwiches. Yes, there is a ton of sugar in the bread and the soup from the local company where my HVAC worker shops at. I bought some cheaper bread and it is loaded with a lot more sugar than the normal one that I buy. The cooling rep told me about this local company that sells healthy foods, but even so there are still some bad foods on their shelves. I will toss out this bread and go back to my seasoned one because this one tastes like it is something you would eat for dessert. Since laboring at the heating corp the past few years I have chop out all sugars just like my HVAC specialist neighbor has been doing the past few years. I have been putting on some extra blubber the past year because I have slacked on my zero sugar diet, but now I am going to tighten up and stop the sugar once more. The new contractor in neighborhood told me of a honestly wonderful local company that has no sugar on the shelves.
