I have a nice little sinus infection and plan on doing the neti pot to clean them out.
I will use it a few times today to clean out my sinuses and help them heal, adding tea tree oil to help speed up the removal of the infection.
Tea tree oil kills bacteria and it is good for these sinus infections because it helps fight the infection with its antibacterial properties. I need to go buy some first though because I ran out of the stuff a few months ago when I was battling a really bad infection. The heating corp is cutting back my hours this week so I can rest, which is great considering I just got the HVAC tech position not too long ago there. I just don’t want to go to work and take out the whole crew with my cold, so taking a week off is the best thing to do for me and them. I normally do heating tune ups with this other heating dealer but this week will be a rest week for us and I think she is going to work in the office most of the time doing paperwork or something. I work there five days a week but just part time, mainly out on the field doing repair jobs for customers. This week I am going to focus on keeping my HEPA filter clean and keeping my indoor air quality good so I don’t keep getting sick from the recycled germs in the flat. I think that I will be better in a few more days.
