I can’t wait to get started on the class I’m going to be teaching at the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company in a couple of weeks.
I signed up to teach a meditation class at the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company as well as I got a lot more participation than I thought I was going to.
Well, at least I got a lot more people signed up for the meditation class than I thought I was going to get. I feel we will have to wait as well as see if they actually show up at the class itself. I feel that they will, though. The owner of the commercial Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company where the class is being held told me that they have been having a lot of concerns with some of their employees having anxiety as well as stress concerns. I told him that I could teach this class as well as give all of his Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C employees many great coping skills that they would be able to use both at work as well as during their lives outside of work, too. I feel that the people who work there at the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company could easily use some help when it comes to that kind of thing. It will easily be nice for them if they are able to use the coping skills that I can teach them. I’m enthusiastic about the class. My great friend and I are going to have it at the commercial Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C company headquarters for three consecutive weeks, starting on next Sunday night. I easily hope that it goes well for all of us. Maybe this will get some future company lined up for me, too.
