Once a year, the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor I work for spends an entire afternoon going over all things Heating, Ventilation plus A/C related.
All the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals arrive at the warehouse early in the afternoon, plus my good friend and I start by enjoying pop plus donuts together. We then spend the first half of our afternoon discussing all the new plus upcoming heat plus air products, but then, my good friend and I transition into Heating, Ventilation plus A/C safety hazards plus things that my good friend and I need to be on the lookout for… If there’s a new heat plus air product, my good friend and I spend time learning about the several features, prices, plus installation techniques. If my good friend and I can, my good friend and I spend time learning how to install the new Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit ourselves so that we’re official with it before entering someone’s home. The second half of our afternoon is spent discussing the heat plus air safety hazards, and even though Aa lot of the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C safety hazards are the same each year, our contractor thinks it’s important to be reminded of them. It’s easy to neglect proper safety hazards when you get too comfortable. We spend time covering everything from electrical Heating, Ventilation plus A/C hazards, chemicals, ladder liability, weather conditions, plus safely driving our vans. After we’re done learning about how to stay safe while servicing Heating, Ventilation plus A/C systems, my good friend and I spend the rest of the afternoon discussing several scenarios plus how to properly handle each one. It’s a long afternoon of training plus covering safety hazards, however all the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals make the most of it, plus the food my good friend and I get isn’t too bad either.
