I was furious that they were trying to swindle more cash out of me! The Heating and A/C professional who showed up at my household the week before should have already looked over my entire AC unit since it was broken anyway. I can’t toil with a business who is either cash hungry, or sends Heating and A/C professionals who don’t particularly do the job they’ve been paid to do. I told them that I’ll be finding an ethical Heating and A/C business to toil with from here on out.
