The restaurant was irresponsible by not receiving a tune up before using the air conditioning

While going out to dinner the other night, I was expecting a really nice night out.

However we got there and sat down to eat.

I was so hot in there. I realized that it had been crowded. I thought it might get a little warm. I was so warm that I was sweating right through my clothes. I couldn’t help but think about their HVAC system. I wondered if the air conditioning really had been running. I thought maybe the HVAC system was completely broken. Maybe they thought that it was a bit chilly outside so they needed to run the heat. Whatever it was I asked the waitress when she came over. It turns out that the air conditioning was completely broken. They tried to use it for the first time since last summer and it wasn’t working. She apologized for the inconvenience. I could not help but want to get up and leave. Without the air conditioning running the place was so uncomfortable. I couldn’t believe they had been so irresponsible so as to not receive a tune up before using the air conditioning for the first time this year. We ended up staying for dinner as my layers of clothing started to come off. Unfortunately, we probably will not come back here for a very long time. I had a feeling that because they did not get a tune up, a lot of people would probably not come back for a long time. Customer service is everything. To not have any air conditioning, there were a lot of uncomfortable customers.
