I bought my first house when I was twenty-two years old, plus it was a huge, old farmhouse.

After my husband plus I got married, he moved into the farmhouse with me, plus my buddy and I lived there for twenty years. We would have never moved except for the fact that the house was basically falling apart around us. It needed so much work because it was actually old. I did not want to leave at all. It took numerous tears plus fighting with myself to finally give in plus sell that house. My husband plus I moved into an house for the time being. We are currently looking for a newer house to buy, however my buddy and I have not been able to find one that my buddy and I like yet, so my buddy and I are settling into the house for the winter. We had to turn our heater on for the first time this year about two months ago, plus I am just now realizing how much currency my buddy and I are saving on our gas bill by living in such a small apartment. I never thought that I would like living in a small locale, however I absolutely have learned to enjoy it. I had to get rid of a lot of things, however they were all things that I did not even need. When I consider how much currency my buddy and I are saving on gas plus even our electric bill, I am convinced that I could enjoy living in a small house for the rest of my life. Heating our huge farmhouse was so luxurious. I literally had to work part time over the winter just to be able to pay our heating bills. I suppose I can get used to living in a small space.
