I had an entirely long day at the office, so I went home and decided to take a nap.
I laid down on the couch instead of the bed.
I was afraid of falling asleep for a long time if I layed down in bed. I only wanted to nap for an hour or more than one, so I thought the couch was a much better place, then unfortunately, the air conditioning plan made me feel so cool plus comfortable that I slept for 4 hours. I woke up with goosebumps all over my arms and legs. The air conditioning plan was set for 72 degrees plus it was undoubtedly cold in the house. I grabbed a blanket from the back of the couch and covered up my legs. Then I got undoubtedly cozy and comfortable on the couch. I heard myself snoring before I actually went back to sleep. I did not wake up until the next morning when my phone alarm was ringing for work. I felt undoubtedly disoriented after waking up on the couch. I almost forgot where I was. I jumped into the shower and the sizzling water felt great. I realized that I had quite a stiff neck. It was hard to move my neck after sleeping on the couch for 8 hours. The next time I want to take a nap, I am going to be sure to set an alarm and get up when it goes off, but although the extra sleep was entirely nice, my neck was sore and achy all day long from sleeping on the couch.
