I didn’t guess if the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker didn’t guess how to repair the heating system, or if it was the heating system itself, but I knew it was time to get a new heating system… Our heating system was over twenty years old, and we knew it was going to need substituted. I could not afford to spend a lot of money on repairs when I would be replacing it shortly. I tried to explain this to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker, although she wasn’t listening. She was more interested in making luxurious repairs to keep the heating system running. I wasn’t sure how long the heating system would last, so I called the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier to order a new heating system. Instead of coming in for me to put in an order, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C worker was there thinking she was supposed to make repairs. I had to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C supplier and have them let him guess she was to help me order the new heating system. She was still reluctant to help me put in the order and not allow him to inspect the heating system first, but I didn’t care. I knew what I wanted. I was the woman who was going to spend our money the bills, and I was the one was going to decide on repairs or substitutement. After talking to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C business, the worker helped me put in the order and I was finally going to get the new heating system.
