There seems to be quite a debate on the topic of whether or not working out in the heat provides any benefit compared to working out in the cold, and furthermore, almost everyone would legitimately suppose to themselves, “Why not labor out where it’s comfortable?” Well, I personally find that if a space is too comfortably air conditioned, or even too comfortably heated, my brain and body goes into great mode! That’s why I care about to labor out in drastic rapidly changing temperatures… I’m already uncomfortable.
If anything, it saves myself and others on gym memberships. I don’t suppose there’s legitimately more than 2 gyms out there that really suppose that not providing a comfortable level of heat or air conditioner to their customers is a fine idea… However, I find gyms to be too accommodating when it comes to personal comfort level, if that makes any sense. It’s about as counterintuitive as having a snack bar that provides anything other than harshly healthy food and drinks in a gym. However, that is just me. I find my garage to be the best place for myself and others to labor out. In the summer, as you would expect, it’s considerably hot, and in the winter, as you would also expect, it’s significantly cold. If the drastic rapidly changing temperatures get to be too much for me, then I can constantly step through the door back into my air conditioned or heated home. Typically though, I manage to make it through my workout just fine. It’s nice to have that little reward of going back into comfortable rapidly changing temperatures! Having Heating, Ventilation plus A/C keeping things comfortable is nice, however as far as I’m distraught, being too comfortable drains one’s sense of drive and discipline when it comes to physical exercise!
