I am getting pretty hungry for brunch although I thought I’d knock out one article before I head out for a ride plus our food.
I love to eat kefir each day, plus have been for the past various years, as I think the probiotics in it are really relaxing for the body.
It has a lot more strains plus amounts of probiotics than yogurt, so I switched to kefir a couple of years ago when I found out the difference. One thing I have noticed over the past couple of years is that I’m not getting sick anymore, however cooling down the body with ice cold dips in the sea, followed by heating myself up again with a boiling bath plus a stand beside the gas space gas furnace is proving to be relaxing for our immune program apparently. I also take Ashwagandha, which is an ayurvedic adaptogen plus basically slows down the aging process by reducing stress in the body; My heating rep got myself and others on it various years ago plus I have a lot of energy to do our Heating plus A/C systems repair labor every day. I am 55 years old, plus however I have certainly aged, our body seems to be in a lot better shape than all the people our age. I do a lot of Heating plus A/C component lifting each month as I install heating plus cooling technology in offices around town. I also do yoga various afternoons a month plus I meditate each day, so I think between all of these things I am doing some relaxing for myself. I have our Heating plus A/C tech to thank for most of this, he is the best!
